First of all buying this product one should know it is a diet supplement if you are getting the daily requirements of omega 3 fatty acids from diet then you do not need this supplement. This supplement is necessary for fitness lovers or those who live a sedentary lifestyle. Omega 3 fatty acids are helathy fatty acids that are required by the body especially for heart and brain. 500mg – 3000 mg is the range for daily intake of omega3. This product is triple strength means it has more amount of EPA and DHA than other omega 3 supplements. So you need take one pill daily after dinner (recommended). As a mentioned earlier you need if you do not meet your daily requirements and diet sources for omega 3 fatty acids are fish seeds nuts walnuts whole eggs etc. since most of the time it is not possible to mert are requirements so we need supplements and this supplement is best available in the market. I and my family usually prefer taking fish capsules in the winters as it protects against the cold and this one is quite useful. We just need to take one capsule a day. The delivery wasn’t good. The delivery person even tried charging an extra few bucks, but I didn’t pay anything extra. He also didn’t carry any swipe machine, so I had to pay cash. Otherwise, the product is good. Although the capsules are large, they just slide through the throat very easily. So, if you are worried about the size of the capsules, please don’t. It is quite easy to take.

I am writing my review after taking two months. It is giving very good results. I am vegetarian and also aware.I think it is necessary to take it.It is very essential for “”Vegetarian”” .I was very troubled for years.My skin was very stiff. The sound of my bones has diminished. My way of running is improving on treadmill. Strength in exercising has increased. It is also able to eliminate mental fatigue.I’m satisfied.I do not want anything more. (Leaving the patient of diabetes, it should take every person. Diabetic patients should be take with doctor’s advice. Do not take milk and Omega 3 capsules. After 2 months of taking it, it was located in my cholesterol (My total cholesterol was 226, which is now 175) It makes sense that in the beginning there was more. more then 226. My HDL was 34 which is now 37 . My LDL was 175 which is now 118.This information is two and five months after taking it. I have proof. I recommend GSSB omega 3. Eat it under the supervision of a dietitian.

I took this GSSB Triple strength with (Fatosit-Excess Body Mass/Excess Fat in Blood/Cholesterol/Triglyceride/Fatty Liver/Imblanced HDL-LDL/Liver Dis-orders/Numbness in joints/Attack of Jaundice Loss).At the end of may, my triglycerides level was 427 (normal is below 200) & HDL was 31 (normal 40-80).I read on the internet that fish oil 2000 mg-3000 mg every day helps in lowering the triglycerides level & also improve HDL. I buy 1 box to try this for first time and i like it and then i order 2 box so it should not get finished as i take omega3 everyday. This omega3 is realy working good for me. When you eat you will feel that you have eaten a pure fish obtained omega3 because of it’s after taste. But if you don’t want that after taste my advice is to take it with your regular food. It is also recomend by experts to take omega’s with your daily food. I would say best omega3 from an indian brand. I recently finished one bottle of Omega 3 Fish oil capsules. Instructions to take are mentioned on the bottle label and keep in mind to drink almost half a bottle of water to escape from fish taste burps. If you are looking for a product in this category, GO AHEAD WITH IT!!

The test to find out if the capule is of high quality or not is to keep the capsule in refrigerator. If it’s high quality it doesn’t become opaque.Consuming this over time gives you better blood circulation and prevents blockage.

These are not diet pills. 2. The composition and quantity are in accordance with the norm. 3. This supplement will not bring you the color of your face or skin or any external changes. If this happens, then it is only in your head) 4. Why is Omega3 necessary? Because in India there is no Fatty fish with which you can get these unsaturated fatty acids, and I do not think that you eat nuts in the right amount (they are imported, expensive and not in every store and city). 5. Omega3 must always be taken without interruption, many other vitamins and acids (even in small amounts) you can get from food (with proper nutrition), but you do not get Omega3. 6. In order to lose weight, you need to eat right (maximum exclude rice and curry, fried, etc.), do sports, and get the missing ones with good supplements. All health!

This thing is a holy grail for PPL suffering from High triglycerides count. I purchased two packs (120 count) of capsules from GSSB as I was having extremely high triglycerides count. I had around 530 which is dangerously high. I researched all scientific articles around how EPA and DHA can help with reducing bad cholesterol and also triglycerides count and EPA and DHA was the solution. Ofcourse this alone won’t help you much as you need to start being active and stop being sedentary too. But truste this definitely works. Proof? My Triglycerides count came down to 230 from 530 in 3 months of usage.
